Partnerships
At JBD Psychology, we believe that psychological support should be accessible to everyone. That’s why we’ve built meaningful partnerships and preferred provider agreements with various organisations across Western Australia. Whether it’s working with sporting organisations, health providers, or community groups, our partnerships allow us to extend our services beyond the clinic walls, to be present within communities, and support individuals, athletes, and teams to access quality mental health support.
A Stitch in Time
A Stitch in Time is a West Australian mental health charity founded in 2014 by Greg Hire. Born from Greg’s personal experience witnessing loved ones struggle with mental health challenges, what began as a grassroots initiative has grown into a trusted voice in mental health awareness, resilience building, and suicide prevention.
The organisation’s name reflects its core philosophy: by addressing challenges early, we can prevent deeper struggles later. A Stitch in Time combines lived experience with evidence-based education and tools to create lasting impact across Western Australia.

Ascend Physiotherapy is a West Australian physiotherapy practice dedicated to removing the physical barriers keeping people from their best, whether you’re an elite athlete or simply want to move better in everyday life.
As athletes themselves, the Ascend team understands the demands that sport and life place on the body. All of their physiotherapists have extensive postgraduate training and stay current with the latest in sports medicine and injury management through ongoing education, with some actively involved in teaching and research at Curtin University.
Ascend proudly works with some of WA’s top sporting organisations, including WAIS, the Western Force, Perth Wildcats, Perth Lynx, High Performance Gymnastics, Rugby WA, and Athletics Australia.
Diving WA
Diving WA is the state sporting organisation for springboard and platform diving in Western Australia. Their vision is simple: to make diving a sport of choice for Western Australians by increasing participation and success at all levels, while developing the state as a high-performance pillar for Diving Australia.
Diving combines the athleticism of gymnastics, the grace of ballet, and the concentration required at elite levels of sport. It’s a dynamic and thrilling discipline that belongs to everyone, regardless of age, background, or skill level, where athletes can participate and progress at their own pace.
